For now I have more than 6 years of job experience in IT Recruitment as a Recruitment Team Lead, IT Recruitment Specialist and HR Manager at Ukrainian, American and German companies.
My main responsibilities were: development and implementation of recruitment and HR processes from scratch, building a recruiting team at the company, providing full recruitment process – internal interview processes as well as the relocation processes, providing an adaptation process for new coworkers, conducting 1×1 meetings, employer branding, staff retention, outboarding, mentoring and coaching recruitment team, communicating with clients directly etc.
Also, I have experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
For now I have been doing recruitment consulting, coaching recruitment teams as well as separate recruiters, helping with closing positions for different IT companies.
